Musement

Musement is the tours and activities business that became part of TUI Group and now operates within TUI Musement, the group's tours, activities and transfers division. Its products cover excursions, attraction tickets, guided tours and airport transfers, sold through TUI websites and apps, a dedicated TUI Musement app, local destination teams and partner travel companies. For sightseeing, TUI Musement's local teams operate in many leisure destinations where TUI sells holidays, alongside ticketed attractions in major cities. It suits travellers on a TUI package who want to add excursions with in-destination support, as well as independent travellers looking for tickets and tours. Since branding and booking channels have shifted toward TUI, check which website or app you are booking through, the supplier operating the tour and the cancellation terms.
